Gang Outfit DLC Pics

Saturday, March 24th, 2012Another user on the facepunch forums and a frequent commenter here on my site had an odd glitch today with SRTT where it automatically unlocked all the DLC including upcoming ones. This glitch seems to have come up before for other players and the person reporting it on the Steam forums said that it straightened itself out the next time he restarted Steam.
The cool news is that we have confirmation and extra details:
* The Angry Tiger Kaneda has a mounted flamethrower that shoots out its mouth
* There are 2 different zombie masks; one with jigglebone green hair and one that looks like a nosferatu
* Devil Horns and Angel Halo from SR2 are confirmed returning
* There’s also a devil mask with the Horror Pack
* Witch Outfit Pic
* Hotdog Outfit Pic
* Slasher Outfit pic with torn up clothing from the zombie outfit
* Ninja Outfit Pic
Upcoming SRTT DLC
Wednesday, March 21st, 2012The patch 4 TWC files contain some new info regarding upcoming SRTT DLC. There is no name given to it so I’ll just refer to it as the Let’s Pretend Witches and Wieners pack:

We’re also still expecting these upcoming DLC packs that have been referenced in previous patch files:

* Gives both mission choices for all missions; for example both the apocafists and Killbane’s mask.

Superpowers Mod!
Wednesday, March 21st, 2012Lenankamp was able to find a way to enable the super powers from Trouble with Clones outside the mission!
It’s not perfect and missing some fx, but still is a really great start!

Tuesday, March 20th, 2012The final release of patch 4 officially hit Steam for TWC and I tested and confirmed that GoS still works properly. Everything seems to be working correctly, but please let me know if you run into any issues.
EDIT:
Make sure to create new patch files with GoS though since Trouble with Clones does overwrite both patch_compressed.vpp_pc and patch_uncompressed.vpp_pc.
Trouble with Clones vs Gentlemen of Steelport
Monday, March 19th, 2012I took a look at beta patch 4, and there doesn’t seem to be any changes that would adversely affect mods. I’ll still do a thorough examination tomorrow on release, but GoS and anything else should be just fine.
Also, Gamersgate is having a 50% off sale today on all Saints Row: The Third DLC. This includes the Season Pass for only $10 which includes Genkibowl VII, Gangstas in Space, and Trouble with Clones.

Tuesday, March 13th, 2012All file downloads are working again!
Scheduled Downtime on Monday
Saturday, March 10th, 2012The finalack fileserver is going down for maintenance and upgrades on Monday night 3/12/12 8pm EST. The site itself will stay up, but none of the downloads like GotR or GoS will be available for a few hours. This also includes things like individual mods, tutorials, and wallpapers.
I’ll post another update once it’s back up.
First Person Vehicle Mod Released!
Saturday, March 3rd, 2012I’ve been in contact with quantumsingularity86 regarding his vehicle camera mod. He has just sent me the files and given us permission to host them on the forum! I’m really looking forward to trying it out myself!
SRTT Texture Tool!
Saturday, March 3rd, 2012Scanti released a texture tool that allows you to unpack, edit, and repack SRTT textures! I did a quick test replacing the Killbane posters in Angel’s crib with a couple of old SR2 screenshots and it worked like a charm!
